Returns.

Goods once sold can not be returned- only exchanged.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
We offer exchange of purchased items within 7 days of purchase. Payment confirmation must be provided and the goods must be in good condition. Once the goods are examined and determined to be in good condition, the exchange process can begin. 

 

Refunds
Upon exchange, if the value of the exchange is less than the initial purchase, a refund will be issued. Kindly allow 2-3 business days for this.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
